Responsibilities here included MIS department supervisor, Advanced Senior Systems Analyst, Product Engineer, and Production Control Analyst. The technical buck often stopped here. When problems escalated beyond normal solutions, I became involved. In most of these positions I was also responsible for operations documentation (SOP writing).
