Once the appointed time arrives, I will give you a call and establish a connection to your computer that will allow me to work on the computer as if I was sitting in front of it. I will then see what is on your screen and be able to assist you. This service is currently available for clients with PCs. I expect to provide the same service to Mac users in about a month.
