PARK SPACE VALUE: To be fair, a park owners return on investment should only reflect the actual property value of the land that is being rented plus park improvements, not included should be any value added to the park by the residents.

The total value of homes in parks is usually much more than the Mobile Home Park land and improvements.

 
 
 
 
 
     

MEASURE 50 BENEFITS: The 3% cap on property tax increase is fair to provide affordability of homes and farms for the citizens of Oregon.

THESE BENEFITS MUST BE PROVIDED TO OWNERS OF MANUFACTURED HOMES IN MOBILE HOME PARKS. ******************************************

     

TENANTS ??: When a citizen has an investment in his home, which is usually significant, the word tenant should not apply.

The word tenant implies a temporary accomodation that is subject to the whims of a landlord. This should truly not be the case with residents of mobile home parks who have a significant investment in their home. *******************************************

     

GREAT RETIREMENT: Mobile home parks for seniors should be encouraged as the environment can be ideal for retired seniors citizens.

If affordability of a Senior Citizens Home is challenged by the landlord, then the Oregon State Legislature must intervene !!
