* You can rent or purchase the modem.
Customers who select the promotional rental offers, who subsequently remove the rental modem before the end of the promotional period are assessed a Restocking Fee (RF) of $25 and must pay the Unbilled Modem Charges (UMC).

Installation

There is a activation fee charged by Qwest of $9.00 which is charged on your Qwest phone bill. 

Current Qwest Promotion

Promotional rates stay locked in for as long as you have the service if you agree to keep it for 2 years.
Promotional rates stay locked in for 12 months with a month to month agreement.

Current ISP Promotion

Promotional rate with 1 year agreement.
Early termination fee of $50.00 for 256k & 1.5M services.
Early termination fee of $75.00 for 3-7M service.

This service is not available in all areas, call for availability.

Notes

There is a $200.00 termination liability for early termination of a 2 year commitment.
