Dear Computer Country Klamath Falls customers:
Computer Country is in the process of centralizing their
support services. Because of this, we will be phasing out the dial-up
numbers of 273-6160 and 273-2793. You will need to change your access number to
either 884-1094 or 205-4055.
You will also need to sign on with your full e-mail address
(i.e. myusername@ccountry.net). If you do not include the “@ccountry.net” part,
you won't be able to log in. If you need help with this change, don't hesitate
to call 273-8585. You can also call our 800 number (1-800-501-8972) and we will
be happy to walk you through the changes.
We also ask that all payments be sent to our Medford office.
That address is: 1930 Table Rock road, Medford, OR 97501. The Klamath
Falls office will no longer be taking payments after June 30th.
Below are step by step instructions on how to make these
changes. You may want to print them out for easy reference.
Windows Vista:
Left-click the Start Button (the round button with the windows flag
Left-click “Connect To” This will open the connect to a network window. You
should see the Computer Country Dial-up connection.
RIGHT-CLICK the Dial up connection you wish to change. Left-click “Properties”
on the side window that pops up.
Change the phone number (Either 884-1094 or 205-4055.) Then left-click “ok”
Windows XP
Left-click the Start Button
Put the mouse pointer on “Connect to”. This will open a side panel showing your
connections.
RIGHT-CLICK the Dial up Connection you wish to change. Left click “Properties”
on the side window that pops up.
Change the phone number (Either 884-1094 or 205-4055.) Then left-click “ok”
NOTE: On some XP's when you attempt to connect, it will show the phone number.
You can also change the number at this time. XP will prompt you, and ask if you
want to make the phone number change permanent. Click Yes.
Windows 2000
Left Click the Start Button.
Put the mouse pointer on “Settings” This will open a side panel. Put the pointer
on “Network and Dial- up Connections”. This will open another side panel showing
your connections.
RIGHT-CLICK the Dial up Connection you wish to change. Left-click “Properties”
on the side window that pops up.
Change the phone number (Either 884-1094 or 205-4055.) Then left-click “ok”
Windows ME
Double-left Click the “My Computer” Icon on your desktop.
Double-left Click the “Control Panel” Icon.
Double-left Click the “Dial Up Networking” Icon.

Windows 98
