Root Certificate
If you need to use any of our services which require the use of our Root Certificate, such as ssl pop3, you will need to follow the instructions below:
Click here to Download the Computer Country Certificate and open it.
Some machines give an error when you try to click on the Open button after downloading the certificate. If this happens, Save it to your Desktop and double click on it there.
In the dialog that shows the certificate click Install. Just be agreeable and click Ok or Next or Finish until it is done. It should warn you that you are going to install a certificate that will make your computer trust our signature. Compare the Fingerprint/Thumbprint with the one below.
Compare the Fingerprint/Thumbprint:
SHA1 Fingerprint=C9:24:99:BE:DC:02:44:0B:30:BA:E6:58:C7:80:94:F5:AB:E8:D7:13
MD5 Fingerprint=3E:03:21:8F:D8:C3:2A:F7:EE:3C:5C:A8:8A:0D:9E:53
Microsoft will probably give it to you like this:
Thumbprint (sha1): C92499BE DC02440B 30BAE658 C78094F5 ABE8D713
Thumbprint (md5): 3E03218F D8C32AF7 EE3C5CA8 8A0D9E53
After you finish, close the dialog that shows the certificate and your computer now trusts our certificates.
